Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using the Mithaq Marriage website, users agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Marriage between Muslims in accordance with Islamic law is a fundamental condition for benefiting from the site's services. The husband shall furnish the marital home according to his means, and shall pay the woman a dowry (whether immediate or deferred). If the bride's family wishes to help with furnishing in a good manner, there is no harm, and if they do not, they bear no sin. The site believes that marriage without a list of household items (Ayma) is safer for one's religion and farther from Satan, and encourages it, but does not make it mandatory.
2. The site does not require knowledge of the guardian (father or legal guardian) at registration; he may be informed later. The user must be truthful and honest in introducing themselves.
Order of a woman's guardians in marriage (according to the preponderant view in our school): her father, then her grandfather, then her son, then her full brother, then her half-brother from the father's side, then their descendants, then her paternal uncles, then their descendants. If she has no guardian, then the ruler is her guardian.
3. All conversations and communications conducted through the site must adhere to Islamic principles and public morals. Users are subject to monitoring through artificial intelligence technologies (first line of defense) and a human supervision team (second line of defense) to detect any violations of Sharia or ethics.
4. Mithaq Marriage website respects user privacy. Personal data is stored securely and used only for marriage-related purposes in accordance with the privacy policy. Data is not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
5. Upon registration, each user implicitly pledges to abide by piety towards God and adhere to the principles of Islamic law in all their interactions within the site.
6. The site does not guarantee the success of any marriage arranged through it, and is not liable for any disputes that arise after marriage. The site is merely a platform to facilitate communication under the aforementioned terms.

The affected user may contact technical support to manually review their case if the block was due to an error in the automated assessment.
